Join us for this new and exciting pretzel making class! This class is great for intermediate bread bakers, but would be fun for beginners as well!

Learn how to mix, shape, proof, poach and bake pretzels like a pro! You will leave with a pretzel, dough to bake at home, and a recipe! The process will be hands on until the very end (baking process). During the baking process you will watch a live demo of our instructor baking the pretzels in a lye solution (unsafe for beginners) to produce the most professional results!

**CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that minimum ticket purchases need to be met in order for class to take place. If not, class will be canceled or rescheduled. You will be notified and receive a 100% refund if you do not wish to transfer to the rescheduled date.

If you have to miss your class, please email contact@littleloafbakeryilm.com. Ticket purchases will be fully refunded for any cancellation notice that is received 2 weeks (or more) prior to the date of class. Any cancellations after that are non-refundable and non transferable unless we are able to resell your ticket. Since most our classes sell out, we will work towards filling your spot with someone on our waitlist in order to issue a refund. Please note, cancellations that come through on the day of class are not refundable or transferable as it does not leave us time to fill your spot and all class prep is done the day prior to class date.
