Lindy came onto the team initially to work farmer’s markets. She was a customer of Little Loaf and Evan’s friend who expressed interest in working for us. Julia liked her immediately as she is the most wonderful ray of sunshine ever! It is impossible not to enjoy her presence and feel warm around her. Similarly to Erin and Bree, you will likely see her during peak farmer’s market season downtown or at tidal creek. We also trained her to be able to pick up shifts in the shop, so it is a possibility that you would enjoy her presents at Little Loaf too! Whether it is packing up your bread and pastries, making you a coffee or taking your order, Lindy will make you smile.
