Learn how to make baguettes two ways! One way will be the Spanish style with the aid of a mixer, the other way will be the French style made fully by hand. In this class you will learn the basics of bread making (mixing, proofing, shaping/baking), mix, shape, and bake the baguettes using two different methods. You will leave with both baguettes in dough form to bake the following morning and baked versions to eat the same night!

You will also receive a packet with a recipe and information so that you can continue your practice at home, as well as a couche and lame that professionals use in European bakeries!
