Valentine’s Wine and Dessert Design

This class is the perfect date night or “treat yourself” event for Valentine’s day!
In this class you will learn how to plate desserts like a professional!
You will watch chef Julia demonstrate and describe the art of plating as you yourself either mimic what she plates or allow your creativity to roam free by plating on your own!
This is not only a class but also a three course wine-paired dessert experience! You will be served wine, plate your dessert and enjoy! (Similar to wine and design).
Please note that all desserts will be already made, but Chef Julia will verbally walk you through the recipes of each item! You will leave with a packet of each recipe and every component in order to recreate them for any guests, future date nights or simply for fun!
Each ticket purchase is good for ONE individual. If you’d like to make this a date night experience with your significant other, friend, or family member, please purchase separate tickets for each of you!
